Dispatches from the Buckle - 052

Believe it or not, today we celebrate our first year of podcasts, and we feature segments from past shows, as chosen by you, our most outstanding listeners. After conducting a pole on our website, we are pleased to share some of your favorite episodes in this year-in-review. We begin with Andrew Peterson talking about getting caught up in music as a child and singing a beautiful old hymn. After that we hear Suzy Bogguss singing Red River Valley. Then, we hear from our most popular selection: an extended interview with Greg Lee, the genius behind Brother Preacher. And we close out with another song by Suzy Bogguss -- Froggy went a Courtin’.

Thank you for your support throughout Dispatches’ first year. And we look forward to sharing more most outstanding podcasts with you.

And, as always, we thank our 2013 presenting sponsor, Blue Coast Burrito.
